meals feeds the soul. It feeds the spirit. It brings us joy. on occasion, it even fills the holes in our lives. And for plenty ladies, meals is one of the nice – although transient – solutions to feeling terrible. even if we’re making steps to eat healthier, we once in a while get pressured, get right into a ‘state of affairs,’ feel low and flip to our favourite buttery, sugary, creamy, fatty meals to comfort us. we might experience awful approximately consuming after we are achieved. but in that moment, foodsoothes our emotions in a way that little else does.
